Managing your Layout subscription is handled directly through the billing section of the dashboard. Layout uses Stripe’s secure billing system, which allows you to make changes to your subscription without contacting support or waiting for manual updates.
You can access billing at any time by visiting app.layoutmedia.org/billing while logged into your account. From there, you can view your current plan, see how many locations are active, review past invoices, and manage your payment method.
If you need to update your payment information, such as switching cards or updating billing details, you can do so directly through the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Changes take effect immediately and apply to future billing cycles. Layout does not store your payment information at any point.
Adding or removing locations is also handled through the billing portal. When you add a location, it becomes available for configuration in the dashboard and can be enabled for mobile ordering. Removing a location will disable it in the app and prevent it from receiving new orders. Any billing changes related to location count are reflected automatically.
All billing is handled on a monthly basis. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled. There are no long-term contracts, and you can make changes at any time. If you modify your subscription mid-cycle, Stripe will automatically handle any prorations as needed.
Invoices and billing history are available for download directly from the billing section. This makes it easy to keep records for accounting or bookkeeping purposes.
