Contacting Layout Support

How to get help from the Layout team, submit support requests, and get assistance with onboarding or issues.

Updated over 2 months ago

Layout provides multiple ways to get support if you have questions, run into issues, or need help during onboarding. Support is built directly into the platform so you can get assistance without leaving the dashboard.

The fastest way to contact support is through the support tab inside the Layout dashboard. Submitting a request through the dashboard automatically includes helpful context about your account, which allows the support team to respond more quickly and accurately. Once a ticket is submitted, the Layout team is notified and will follow up with you as soon as possible.

You can also contact Layout support at any time by emailing [email protected]. This is useful if you’re unable to access the dashboard or need to reach out from outside the platform. When emailing support, including your business name and a brief description of the issue will help speed up the response.

Onboarding questions are one of the most common reasons businesses contact support. If you’re unsure about branding assets, Square setup, catalog structure, or anything related to the setup wizard, the Layout team is happy to help review your configuration and guide you through the process.

Layout support can also assist with troubleshooting issues such as missing items, syncing delays, order visibility, or questions about analytics. While many issues are related to Square configuration, the support team can help identify the cause and suggest the best next steps.

Support requests are handled by the Layout team directly. There are no automated responses or third-party call centers. This ensures you’re speaking with people who understand the platform and how it integrates with Square.

If an issue is urgent or impacting live orders, it’s recommended to reach out through the dashboard support tab for the fastest response. Layout continuously monitors incoming requests to ensure critical issues are addressed promptly.
